Used Tractor – Julie explained that the township does not have a tractor and we borrow from other townships.
A used one was found in New Jersey and could be purchased though a purchasing cooperative for $60,000 for a
2023 Case IH Farmall Tractor with 400 hours. Julie made a motion seconded by Skyler to purchase a 2023 Case
Farmall Tractor from Montage Enterprises through the cooperative purchasing program, Sourcewell, for the
amount of $60,000. Motion was passed unanimously.
The board discussed on where they want to store the tractor. The township is out of room and they would like to
get prices for a pole barn to place behind the garage. We are set to get over $106,000 from Pivot as a fee in lieu
of for the solar farm that could be used for this. Steph will send the agreement to the Solicitor for review and to
clarify that we can use the funds for the building. The road crew will get together some prices.
Zoning Investigations – No report.
Tyler Karycki/Bill Yost – Julie talked with Charles Axtman about this property. Her next step is to discuss this
with DEP about the septic system. There were also no permits applied for and they built a new building/house.

Tressler Road Drainage Issue – Waiting for a plan from the engineer. Julie will reach out to Mike.
Data Center Ordinance-The draft ordinance will be sent to the Solicitor for review. In regards to updating the

opposition.
Special Event – An updated insurance certificate was received in regards to a 5k walk/run to be held June 20,
2026 at Spyglass Winery. Steph told the organizer that the board approved the event.
Sunbury Fire Dept Agreement – Concerning the Sunbury Fire Dept review. Ed drafted a letter but there were
no records of the agreement being terminated nor was it in the minutes. There is a 90-day period to cancel the
agreement. Steph will send this to Atty Karpowich for review.
Zoning Hearing Solicitor – Anne Horissian was appointed as temporary zoning hearing board attorney. She
did a great job at last month’s hearing so the board asked Steph to reach out to see if she wants to be the
permanent attorney.

has been received from Nationwide and will be reviewed by the board. The employees are happy with the
current service and now MetLife has a new representative who seems to be more responsive.

COG Representative – John moved seconded by Skyler to appoint Larry Willard as COG rep and John
Jackson as the alternate representative. Motion was passed unanimously.
Credit Cards- The credit card with Chase needs to be updated because the cards are all in Colin’s name as
primary account holder. They want the new primary person’s SSN and will do a credit check plus they would be
responsible for anything the township didn’t pay. Steph investigated two other options. The bank wanted
documents that would be impossible for the township to provide. PLGIT does have a program that the township
can use and we don’t need to have an account with them. Skyler moved, seconded by John to use PLGIT’s
credit card program. Motion was passed unanimously.
