concise figures for the upcoming roadwork on Jarrett and Conrad Roads. They also took out the
recycling.

Zoning Investigations -The property belonging to Robert Tegge was to be cleaned up by April
16 (for one violation) and April 18 (for another violation.) Ed Wenger requested the Board send
“On the Fly Aerial out again after those dates to get an update on the work and if it was
completed. Julie scheduled a fly over with Scott from On the Fly. If the work is not complete, it
will be taken to the Magistrate as Ed explained to Mr. Tegge on April 10th when Mr. Tegge
visited him at the township building. Tegge told the Board that everything is cleaned up and
stated the camper is road worthy, and he now has a small plane parked there. Colin made a
comment that he should not be bringing things into the property. Mr. Tegge stated that Ed
Wenger gave him an extension of time to clean up. The Board was unaware of any supposed
extension.

Intersection at Wolf’s Crossroads (Rte. 890, Brush Valley and Seven Points Roads) –
PennDOT -Julie was asked to contact the insurance company and ask if this would be a problem
with our liability and if one type of signal is better than another. She was also asked to find out
the cost of the insurance. Julie contacted the agenda, and he is researching this. He did state that
it would be covered under the Inland Marine and a cost/value would be needed to get a price,
however he would try to get a ballpark price for her. He was also checking on the liability
question and if one type was less risky than another.

Retaining wall at bridge on Hallowing Run Road – Julie spoke with the property owner. He
had told her that the Little Shamokin Creek Watershed Group was going to investigate it and see
