at the township on Tuesday, May 20th.
Zoning Investigations – A letter was sent to resident Joseph Candelora, Brush Valley Road
about building 2 garages on his property without applying for zoning or building permits. Also,
Elmer King of Twin Hill Road was given a letter by Ed regarding the building of two large
greenhouses on his property that we cannot find he ever got a permit for. Colin asked Julie to
reach out to Ed Greco regarding the penalty for not getting permits. There was also discussion
regarding the fact that Candelora had a small lot and has covered more than 10% of it which is
not allowed by zoning. Julie was asked to speak with Atty. Greco about this as well.
Government Funds -Stephanie received a quote from IT Data Consultants for $3,275.32 for a
new computer which included labor and new Microsoft Office. Colin made a motion to purchase
the computer. Julie seconded the motion. Motion passed without opposition.
Tyler Karycki/Bill Yost – Property Issue – Julie spoke with Ed Wenger. He told her that per
Atty. Greco’s advise at the meeting they both attended, Ed had to wait for another issue to arise
before he could go after him.
Solar Farm – Decommissioning Plan Agreement – Jacob from Pivot sent Julie and Ed Greco a
few changes asking for their approval. Julie wrote to Ed asking if the Board should agree to the
change. Waiting to hear from him.

Township to look at the bridge that was in the Township News.
Emergency Management Coordinator – Julie wrote to Clint Herr and asked where the
situation stands regarding the governor’s approval. He wrote and stated he would check into it
for her. He said they need Russ’ FEMA number and he needs to go and print off a copy of his
background check. Julie will reach out to him and let him know.

NEW BUSINESS
Review of and authorization to pay all bills- Colin made a motion to pay all the bills. Julie

Other New Business – A resident, John Haas stopped in the office that afternoon and asked
Julie if there is a way that the property owners of the house at 238 Seven Points Road could be
asked to take down the one out building on the opposite side of the road because it is blocking
driver’s from seeing oncoming traffic. It is on the corner of Seven Points Road and Airport Road.
There was some discussion and Julie explained that they had told her several years prior that they
were going to remove it but then did not. He asked if a mirror could be put up to help. Julie
stated she would discuss with the Board and perhaps PennDOT. He said his grandson was
almost in an accident over the weekend because he could not see any traffic coming from 890
and was nearly hit. Colin stated that this would be a question to ask the township Solicitor, Ed
Greco. Julie said she would also reach out to Barry Garvarick at PennDOT.
Colin stated that Mr. Shinghara from Lower Augusta asked if Rockefeller Township would
consider giving a donation to the EMT’s/Ambulance service that they have. Colin was going to
reach out to Mr. Shinghara and ask how often they are called to Rockefeller Township for
service.
Residents Comments – Resident Paula Greco asked if we could put up magnetic handicap signs
during Polling/Election events for more handicap parking. She stated that we only have one and
at the latest election, more were definitely needed. Julie said she was sure there were guidelines
from the ADA and would check into it. The Board also decided she should contact Atty. Greco
for his advice.
