whether Intensive Agriculture still needed to be listed as a separate item. The Board asked Atty.
Greco to look into this for them.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Road Status Report – The crew took the glass recycling into the Municipal Authority in
Sunbury, they maintained township equipment, they fixed signs on Cider Press, went to Liberty
township for a load of cold patch and Austin removed downed trees after hours.

Zoning Investigations – Julie wrote to Atty. Greco asking why we would need to file a Civil
Complaint against Floyd Long. A suggestion was made that we hire ‘On the Fly’ again to do an
update on the property for the complaint. Two violation notices were issued for a property at
1615 Captain Bloom Road, (Tarsa Property), the issue with 662 Seven Points Road regarding
garbage was taken to the District Magistrate. The issue at 836 Seven Points Road was resolved.
A letter was sent to the property owner of Great Coasters regarding the addition of some
shipping containers that no record of zoning applications could be found. The owner, Clair Hain,
has not contacted the zoning officer. A notice of violation was sent.
Government Funds – Nothing more at this time.

Tyler Karycki/Bill Yost – Property Issue – Nothing more.

Hazen Road Turn around – Mark Hassinger – Waiting for the survey from Brinkash and
Associates. Julie received a note from Mike Brinkash. Julie sent an email for an update.

Solar Farm – The Zoning Hearing Board granted all three requests. Colin stated that the
Planning Commission wondered by doing this if the ZHB has not set a precedence? Atty. Greco
stated that no, they had not. It is a case-by-case situation. Take this off the agenda.

Generator and Propane Tank – Electric work was finished by Stover Electric. A bill was
present to the Board for payment. It is $195.00 more than the quote because they bought a batter
for the generator. This is to be taken off.

Jarrett Road – Nothing more at this time.

Clemens Road Bridge – Julie wrote to Wilson Engineering and has not heard back from them.
She will follow up. Colin has a meeting with a State representative at Senator Culver’s office
next week. He is going to ask about funding for this bridge as well as if there is any fund
available for equipment. He stated that we could use a mower. Atty. Greco suggested Federal
Surplus which Julie will ask the crew about. Colin will write to Jeff Cole at Senator Culver’s
office to tell him what he wants to discuss.

Jake Brakes/Augustaville – Atty. Greco is preparing an ordinance for the Board for this issue.

Stormwater Management – Atty. Greco asked if there was an update on this issue. Julie stated
that the Board took it off the agenda and decided to allow the County to continue handling it.
There was a discussion. Julie was directed to speak to Mike Brinkash and ask for an update
regarding it.

NEW BUSINESS

Review of and authorization to pay all bills- Skyler made a motion to pay all bills. Colin
seconded the motion. Motion passed without opposition.

Other New Business – Nothing

Residents Comments – Resident Paula Greco stated that the right side of Ferster Hill Road,
going down towards Center Road needs addressed. She stated that there was a lot of debris
blocking the ditch and forcing the water out onto the road, pushing rocks with it.

Also, she expressed concern about the face that on the Solar Farm maps they show the setbacks
as 35’ and the Solar ordinance states 50’. She wanted Ed Wenger to be aware of this when they
attempt to get a zoning application. Julie also asked Atty. Greco if she can have Ed Wenger not
issue permits until they pay for any overages created by the Zoning Hearing. Atty. Greco stated
that yes, we can insist they pay all bills on the account before issuing a permit.

Motion to Adjourn- Julie made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:27 p.m. Skyler seconded
the motion. Motion passed without opposition.
