Tyler Karycki/Bill Yost – Julie spoke with Rob Everett of DEP. DEP had originally received a
report about another house on the same septic system. They could not run another “house” with
the current septic because it could not handle both structures. DEP said that they would not need
to do the septic work if they removed one of the houses. There were no permits for the new
structure and it was never determined if it was a house or a pool house. Steph is to work with Ed
Wenger & Marty from Light-Heigel to draft a letter telling them this and they do not need to
replace the septic if they are demolishing one of the houses, but they will still need to have a
permit for the new “house”.
Clemens Road Bridge – No Report.

Sunbury Fire Dept Agreement – Julie explained some of the history with the agreement
between the township and the Sunbury Fire Company. John spoke with Rep. Stender concerning
a fire department consolidation and Rep Stender assured him that a consolidation is speculation
at this time. A consolidation may increase funding slightly but not into hundreds of thousands.
The board discussed the continuance of giving Sunbury $9,000 and small donations to the other
two fire companies and to divide the Fire Relief fund monies, received from the state, to all three
companies. Skyler moved, seconded by John to keep the current agreement with Sunbury Fire
Dept. Motion was passed unanimously.
