Northumberland County, in partnership with the Rockefeller Township, invites you to attend a public plans display for the T-696 (Twin Hill Road) over an Unnamed Tributary to Plum Creek Bridge Replacement Project on August 26, 2025, at 6:00pm. The meeting will be located at the Rockefeller Township Municipal Building, located at 538 Seven Points Road, Sunbury, PA 17801. The plans display information will be available at the Rockefeller Township building from August 26th to September 10, 2025, during normal business hours. The proposed project involves the replacement of County Bridge 192 on T-696 (Twin Hill Road) over the Unnamed Tributary to Plum Creek in Rockefeller Township, Northumberland County. The proposed work includes removal/replacement of the existing structure and approach roadway with a new single cell precast reinforced concrete box culvert with full depth roadway pavement and guide rail. A temporary detour will be required during construction and is anticipated to last from April 2027 to October 2027 The purpose of this public plans display is to introduce the project, show the proposed engineering design, and receive public input.
